Nutrition Services
As Eden Residence Geriatric Care & Wellness and Recreation Center, we provide special nutrition services for our nursing home residents under the control of doctors and dieticians, taking into account the current health status, possible diseases, special needs and necessary supplements, especially in later ages.
- In the nutrition program, which is planned as 3 main meals and 2 snacks, our meals are prepared on a monthly basis in the presence of a dietitian.
- Thanks to our personalized nutrition program, our residents with diseases such as celiac, diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol are fed safely and in the healthiest way possible.
- Our meticulously prepared menus are shared with the families of our residents upon request. In this sense, our institution is in favor of transparency in nutrition service as in every other issue.
- Only olive oil and butter are used in our meals.
- Our meals, prepared using fresh vegetables and fruits and the highest quality products, are served at certain hours in our restaurant.
- This need of our residents, who need special support for nutrition, is met by the caregivers.
- We serve our residents who are fed with PEG* and NG* through our expert staff.
*NG (Nasogastric): BThe person is fed by providing transportation from the nose to the stomach or intestine through a tube.
*PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy): People who cannot be fed orally are fed by placing a tube in their stomach.
